How Can We Help?
Read our FAQ's below. If you still have a question or need assistance, please complete the information below...
What if I live far away or can't do the race?
Become a sponsor! Sponsorship allows you to be involved in the event and support the charity or cause, even if you can't come to the event or don't want to run the race. Click the 'Sponsor' menu item to become a sponsor for an event.
Do I need to print my confirmation?
You do not have to print your confirmation, but you may bring it with you to the event if you choose.
What time do I need to arrive on race day?
Check-in for an event typically begins 75 minutes prior to the start of the first race.
Do I have to run or can I walk?
Our races are primarily to benefit an organization or individual. There is no requirement on running.
Can I bring a stroller buggy?
Can I bring my pet?
Most races are "pet-friendly". Please do not bring pets that do not typically get along with other pets or are not good around children. Your pet should not be a hindrance or distraction to other participants. If you are bringing a pet, make sure they are restrained on a short leash.
Where do I park on race day?
Our events are held at locations with plenty of free parking. Signs will direct you to a place to park.
What happens if I can’t come to the event?
Registration fees are non-refundable unless the event is officially canceled. Please see our Refunds/Disputes policy on fundracers.org for more information.
What if I have other questions?
Please visit the Contact Us page on fundracers.org to submit your question.
What's the difference between the 5K and the "fun run"?
A Fun Run is a 1K run that is not timed.
Do I have to register my young children?
Your younger children are welcome to tag along. However, if you want t-shirts for them, then you should register them.
How can I check my gift certificate balance?
Click the 'Gift Certificates' menu item. There's a place for you to enter your gift certificate # and check the balance.
