Description of Services -
FundRacers LLC, a limited liability corporation operating under the laws of the State of Georgia and the United States of America, partners with
organizations and individuals to organize and conduct fundraising events.
Support and Questions -
For assistance with using fundRacers.org or with orders placed through FundRacers.org, users should start by sending an email with a detailed description
of the problem or question using the "Support" page on FundRacers.org. A representative from FundRacers LLC will respond to your request within 2 business days.
Processing Fees -
Processing Fees charged for event registration are used to defray the cost of organizing, promoting and putting on an event, as well as
for processing online transactions. This allows the maximum money possible to go to the organization or individual the event benefits.
Processing fees vary per event and per options for an event, but typically range from $1.99 to $3.99 per participant or per option selected,
with a maximum processing fee per registration transaction ranging from $7.99 to $14.99.
Processing Fees charged on merchandise ordered through FundRacers.org are used to cover the cost of shipping and shipping materials, as well as
for processing online transactions. Processing fees vary according to the size and weight of merchandise, as well as postage and/or shipping costs.
Delivery of Goods -
Some events may offer a free t-shirt, goodie bag or other deliverable good as part of participation in the event. These
goods are ordered anywhere from 5 to 10 business days in advance of the event, and while every attempt is made to
accommodate every participant, there may be times when some participants may not receive some or all of these items.
T-shirts, goodie bags and other deliverable goods are distributed to participants based on the order in which they registered.
Some events may offer the option of purchasing merchandise, such as additional t-shirts. While Fundracers LLC accepts
these orders and processes the credit card charges for these orders, the merchandise itself is shipped by a third party.
Merchandise associated with an event is shipped within 10 business days of the conclusion of the event. Merchandise is
warrantied by the third party that ships the merchandise.
Fundracers LLC also offers its own branded merchandise, including t-shirts. This merchandise is shipped by Fundracers LLC
and typically is shipped the next business day after an order is placed. Fundracers LLC branded merchandise is
warrantied by Fundracers LLC.
Refunds -
Registrations for events are non-refundable, unless an event if officially canceled.
Processing fees, as described herein, are non-refundable, whether or not an event is officially canceled.
If an event is officially canceled, FundRacers LLC will provide individuals a refund of their total registration amount, less the processing fees,
through one of the following means:
- Issuing a credit to the credit or debit card used to pay for the registration.
- Sending a check to the registering party to the address listed on the check used to pay for the registration.
- Issuing an on-line account credit to the registering party to be used for a future event.
For problems with orders for FundRacers LLC branded merchandise, contact FundRacers LLC using the "Contact Us" page on fundracers.org.
Fundracers LLC guarantees its merchandise to be free from defects in materials and workmanship. Customers may receive a full refund of their purchase price,
less shipping and processing fees, by returning any defective merchandise to FundRacers LLC at the corporate address within thirty (30) days of the purchase date.
