Why was my credit card charged multiple times?
If you received an error message that your credit card could not be charged and you had to correct some of the information you entered, such as security ID, address, name on the card or expiration date, then you might see multiple "pending" charges on your bank or credit card statement for a few days after you successfully submit your registration.
These "pending" charges should disappear after a few days, and your credit card will only actually be charged one time for the amount due when your registration was submitted. Should you find that multiple pending charges from FundRacers turn into actual multiple charges on your card, then please contact us for assistance.
I registered to mail in a registration form and/or check. Can I change and pay by credit card?

How does the family discount work?
FundRacers is happy to offer families a discount on registration for some races. The discount applies when you register a certain number of people, typically 4 or 5. You don't have to do anything to request the discount. The discount is calculated automatically by our system, and will show up in your order basket once the correct number of people have been entered. Keep in mind the discount only applies to the first 4 or 5 people you register. After that, registration charges are calculated at the regular price in effect at the time you register.
Do I need to print my confirmation?
You do not have to print your confirmation, but you may bring it with you to the event if you choose.
Do I have to register my young children?
Your younger children are welcome to tag along. However, if you want t-shirts for them, then you should register them.
What time do I need to arrive on race day?
Check-in for an event typically begins 75 minutes prior to the start of the first race.
Do I have to run or can I walk?
Our races are primarily to benefit an organization or individual. There is no requirement on running.
Can I bring a stroller buggy?
Can I bring my pet?
Most races are "pet-friendly". Please do not bring pets that do not typically get along with other pets or are not good around children. Your pet should not be a hindrance or distraction to other participants. If you are bringing a pet, make sure they are restrained on a short leash.
Where do I park on race day?
Our events are held at locations with plenty of free parking. Signs will direct you to a place to park.
What happens if I can’t come to the event?
Registration fees are non-refundable unless the event is officially canceled. Click here for more information on our refund and dispute policies for more information.
What's the difference between the 5K and the "fun run"?
A Fun Run is a 1K run that is not timed.
How can I check my gift certificate balance?

Can I just make a donation for an event?

What if I live far away or can't do the race?
Become a sponsor or make a donation! Sponsorship allows you to be involved in the event and support the charity or cause, even if you can't come to the event or don't want to run the race.
